Family Caregiver Program supports people who are caring for their parents, spouses and others who are 60+, as well as grandchildren. The program offers individual counseling, consultation, information, respite and general support services to enable caregivers to continue their roles.

Case Management serves frail individuals over age 60 who want to stay in their homes but have complex service needs. Staff coordinates home-based services on behalf of their clients.

Information & Assistance/ Benefits Specialist staff answers your questions regarding providers and services in your respective community. Staff will research and provide answers when you need them most.

Elder Abuse Prevention Initiative include responding to reported concerns of older Iowans who are at risk of, or experiencing abuse, neglect or financial exploitation and increase public awareness on elder abuse issues.

LifeLong Links and Aging & Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs) are friendly, convenient places where anyone can come for information and assistance regarding programs and services available for older adults and persons with disabilities.

Older Worker Employment Program assist job candidates to find and maintain meaningful, competitive employment.

Nutrition & Health Education Programs promote healthy eating through nutritious meals home delivered or at a congregate meal site.

Fall Prevention & Health Promotion regarding chronic diseases and fall prevention are offered throughout our entire service region. These programs empower seniors to be proactive partners in their health and well-being.
