What: The BrainWorks Conference provides those affected by Alzheimer’s and all other dementias — and their caregivers— the knowledge and information to live well. It also equips providers of dementia care with the education and resources to support the quality of life among recipients of care. This year’s speakers will cover information on the latest in Alzheimer’s research, Medicaid eligibility for nursing home and other long-term care, how to navigate conversations with those who have dementia, responding to stress in dementia, the fundamental role of resources in the pursuit of health equity for dementia, and dementia communication ‘on steroids’ during COVID.

When: Tuesday, March 30 – Thursday, April 1 from 8:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. each day

Cost: $15 for the general public; $90 for contact hours (six contact hours available)
