This program consists of two 2-hour workshops focused on fall prevention, covering topics such as proper footwear, safety at home, good nutrition for bone health, and the importance of exercise.
A Matter of Balance (MOB) is specifically designed to diminish the risk of falling, stop the fear of falling cycle, and improve activity levels among community-dwelling older adults and consists of 8 sessions.
