As of 2014, Aging Resources of Central Iowa became the Local Coordination Center for LifeLong Links in Boone, Dallas, Jasper, Madison, Marion, Polk, Story, and Warren Counties.

When individuals are seeking information about services to remain independent and to continue to live in their home of choice, LifeLong Links is the place to begin!
